How do I register my child for a program?
Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.
Does my child need experience?
No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.
How often do you practice?
We practice twice a week for every age group, giving players consistent time to build their skills, fitness, and team chemistry throughout the season. To keep practices safe and focused, they are closed to parents and to children not assigned to the team practicing.
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes a full season of games, a uniform, a basketball, and a league shirt for each player.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
In general, refunds may be available before the season begins, minus any administrative or processing fees. All refunds will be reviewed case by case.

What equipment is required?
Players should come ready with supportive athletic shoes (basketball or tennis shoes are both fine) and comfortable athletic wear. The league provides a basketball to every player, so there's no need to bring your own.

Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.

Are games played on holidays?
No games are scheduled on holidays. We build our schedule around major holidays so players and families can enjoy them together.
How are coaches trained or screened?
All coaches undergo a background check and are trained through our mandatory coaches clinic, which covers coaching fundamentals, safety, and league expectations before the season begins.

All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
